In the movies
it's so easy to know
when something bad
is going to happen.
The dramatic music is the cue
for danger to approach.
Yet in reality,
no such soundtrack exists.
Nothing to warn you away
or to give you forewarning.
Nothing to say,
'close your eyes' or
'cover your ears'.
Of course the characters
never hear the music,
unless it's a bad parody.
Wouldn't it be nice though,
if the music could warn you
whenever bad things come?
